Commonwealth’s Attorney

The Commonwealth’s Attorney serves as the prosecutor on behalf of the County and State, and is elected by the citizens of King William County to a 4-year term. The Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney is responsible for the prosecution of all persons charged with the commission of criminal and traffic offenses that occur within the boundaries of King William County.
