Broadband & Free Wi-Fi Access

Free Wi-Fi Access is available at two locations within the County and at the County's School bus loops.

County Locations

The locations are at the courtyard area of the Courthouse Historical Museum at 227 Horse Landing Rd and at the Parks and Recreation building located at 7890 Richmond Tappahannock Highway.

School Bus Loops

Free Wi-Fi access at the  King William County school bus loops.
Free Wi-Fi is now available in all the bus loop areas of the school parking lots.  The access is not available during the hours of 7am-9am and 2:30pm-4pm due to the morning and afternoon bus runs.

BROADBAND

King William County recently began a project with All Points Broadband to provide fiber to the home throughout all parts of the County not already slated for broadband through other grant projects. Learn more about the Rural Broadband Program partnership with Dominion Energy and the Rural Broadband Initiative partnership with Rappahannock Electric Cooperative.

Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a U.S. government program that helps many low income households pay for broadband service and internet connected devices. Learn more, see if you qualify, and apply at https://www.affordableconnectivity.gov/.
