King William County requires a minimum two week notice to connect services. A completed application and a $200.00 security deposit is required for service. The security deposit is refunded by being applied to your account after two years of good payment history or directly to you when the account is closed with no outstanding balance and provided we have a forwarding address.

You may bring the form with you and payment to 180 Horse Landing Road, King William, VA 23086 Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, excluding State/Federal Holidays.

Complete the residential water/wastewater application by clicking the link below, then email the completed form to utility@kwc.gov.
Make required $200.00 security deposit payment using the link: https://www.officialpayments.com/pc_template_standard.jsp?body=pc_step2_body.jsp
Click on local payments, choose the state as "Virginia", click on payment entity and choose "King William County", click on payment type and choose "Water and Sewer Payments" then choose your payment source. You will be prompted to enter an account number. You may enter 999999 and you will be able to move forward.
