Archeological Dig Day at Historic Courthouse Tavern Site

Join the King William County Historical Society for Archaeology days at the Tavern site next to the Historic Courthouse for tours of the site and to help with excavations. A combination of excavation and washing artifacts will be performed so the public and volunteers can see a range of activities and learn from both parts of archaeology. The Historical Society Museum will also be open for visitors.
